Bio
I am currently studying bacterial community substrate utilization using culture and modeling efforts. I have previously worked as a bioinformatician at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I studied the metabolic evolution of marine bacteria. I also worked as a laboratory technician and undergraduate researcher in the Levine lab at the University of Southern California.
