Bio
I am a sea-going biochemical oceanographer by training. The aim of my current research is to advance our understanding of the mechanisms regulating particle degradation in the ocean. Specifically, I am interested in how turbulent and laminar flows shape the interactions of multi-species bacteria communities on marine particles.
