Bio
As a PhD student in Roman Stocker’s lab, I aim to understand the changes in the transcriptome and proteome of bacteria that experience fluctuations in nutrient concentrations. Overall, I am interested in using this data to understand how bacteria modulate changes in their physiology under conditions that more closely mimic microbial environments. Towards this aim, we developed a novel milli-fluidics culturing method and used it to collect samples for omics analyses.
